In order to maintain the classic, Federal style architecture of this village home, renovation was completed by keeping the original home's main facade in tact, and removing the rear portion to make room for an addition.  The rear of the home was rebuilt with additional square footage, and the entire structure was updated and reconfigured for modern lifestyle and flow.  A 2 car carriage house garage with 400 sq. ft. detached bedroom and bath above was added for additional living space.
