The Hob Knob development process is unique and efficient, utilizing the partnership between Hob Knob Construction and Hob Knob Realty to navigate the process from beginning to end. Development begins with a meeting between you the client, your Hob Knob Realty agent, and Hob Knob Construction's Owner and Project Manager Maggie White. Working together, the Hob Knob team will gather a firm understanding of the project you have in mind, discuss construction benefits, drawbacks, and the overall process, and map a road forward.
The process continues as you work with your Hob Knob Realty agent to locate the land or home(s) best suited to your vision. Your agent will educate you on land use possibilities and restrictions, acreage and zoning, and provide a detailed investment analysis for your property of interest.
Design becomes reality as you purchase the property of your choice, and Hob Knob Construction take the reigns for the implementation of your vision. Throughout the design and build process your Hob Knob Realty agent will remain available to consult on floor plans, resale values, potential rental rates, and provide any services needed for the resale or rental of the finished product.
